Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) is an independent, privately funded, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving people and pets for over 85 years. We offer quality adoptions, affordable spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping services, pet care services, and education programs to enhance the human-animal bond. Established in 1929, we have adopted more than 500,000 animals into permanent, loving homes. We are passionate about and guided by our five core initiatives: • Preventing unwanted births • Treating and rehabilitating animals • Finding homes for animals • Helping people to keep their pets • Educating youth and community members Through these initiatives, HSSV gives animals in our community more than a home, we give them a second change for a better life.
